Why We Do Not Accept Cancellations
Each product at ChampionBeltShop is made to order, meaning it is produced specifically for you after your order is confirmed. This approach ensures that your belt meets the exact design, size, and customization preferences you've selected.
Materials are procured and production begins shortly after an order is placed, which makes cancellations or refunds unfeasible.
Unlike mass produced goods, custom products involve time, labor, and resources that are allocated per order and cannot be repurposed or resold.
This policy allows us to maintain a consistent workflow, reduce waste, and uphold the integrity of our custom manufacturing standards.
Important Guidelines Regarding Your Order

1. Order Finality
Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, it is considered final.
Cancellations, full or partial refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects or errors caused by us.

If you need to update your shipping address or modify your customization details (e.g., text, color, logo placement), we strongly urge you to contact us immediately after placing your order.
Any changes requested must be submitted as soon as possible to allow us to accommodate them before production begins.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible and ChampionBeltShop is not liable for incorrect or outdated details if not provided in time.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete, including customization specifications and contact details.
ChampionBeltShop is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect order information.
