RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All of our products are made to order, therefore we only accept returns or exchanges in case of a genuine issue with your order (such as a defect, damage, or incorrect item).
Change of mind is strictly prohibited — we do not accept returns or exchanges for this reason.

Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the order shipment date, only if there is a genuine issue with the product.

Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and invoice attached.

A return form must be included with every return.

Refund Method

All refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds may take 20–25 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

You may use any carrier of your choice.

Please allow up to 15 business days for return processing once the product reaches our facility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@Championbeltshop.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number and photos of the issue, and our support team will promptly investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Important Notes

We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping, handling, regular wear, or washing.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages marked as delivered.
